Thank you for your straightforward and knowledgeable customer service, the exhaust manifold for my Airtrek (special import) was cheaper than you quoted initially and even after I'd agreed the price you took the time to call me and let me know that you'd sourced my part cheaper, rather than billing me what you'd initially quoted.
